Strongman

Strongman may appear to be people picking up peculiar implements and strange contraptions but, it actually utilizes the same elements of powerlifting. You are deadlifting, picking and carrying, squatting and pressing. You utilize the training of powerlifting and transfer it into some of the coolest movements. You don’t have to be a power house or a crazy strong beast to do this stuff. You just need a willingness to try, to trust in the coaches, and to trust that the human body is capable of amazing things. As you continue your training, you will find that the strength will develop and, that you are capable of some amazing fetes.

Strongman allows for me to find my inner warrior. I don’t have to be anything but the best possible me.
