Powerlifting is a sport in which our athletes attempt maximal weight lifting of three different types of lifts: The squat, deadlift, and bench press. Powerlifting requires our athletes to learn and understand proper form. Proper form not only prevents injury but teaches you how to better understand and trust your own body. Powerlifting has been proven to improve your strength, athletic ability, skeletal health, as well as a ton of other things. Powerlifting transfers into other skills in the gym and your personal life.
